A Gluten Free Cake Recipe for Easter Cake The first step to creating a gluten Free Cake is to take your cake batter and make sure you add some flour to it. 2.

The Ingredients You Need to Make a Gluten free Cake recipe is as follows:1 cup gluten free flour2 eggs1/4 cup coconut oil1 cup coconut sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons cinnamon1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup milk1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/8 teaspoon baking soda1 cup powdered sugar1 cup chopped walnutsFor the icing:2 tablespoons unsweeten cocoa powder2 tablespoons milk1 teaspoon baking powder2 teaspoons almond extract1 teaspoon cinnamon1/16 teaspoon baking spray1/6 cup powdered coconut flakesFor the frosting:1/5 cup unsalted butter1/7 cup powdered cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon powdered vanilla extractTo assemble the cake, place the cake batter in a bowl. 

Preheat oven to 350F.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 

Bake cake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 

Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. 

While cake is cooling, place butter and powdered cocoa in a small bowl and mix well. 

Stir in coconut oil, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 

Add in coconut milk, vanilla extract, baking soda, and baking powder. 

Mix well.

 Set aside. 

Pour egg and oil into a medium bowl.

Roll the egg into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheets. 

Use a spatula to roll the egg balls into the batter, creating a doughnut shape. 

Place the batter on the parchment paper lined baking sheets and arrange on the baking sheets until cake is set. 

 Baking at 350F for 10 minutes or for longer if you’re having trouble with the dough. 

Cool completely on a wire rack. 

Store cake in an airtight container at room temperature. 

The frosting is optional, but I thought it would be a nice touch.
