People are being driven more and more around our cities, but why?

It’s a good question.

And a bad one.

It’s one that’s been plaguing us for decades, because the roads have been designed to allow cars to drive around, and the roads are designed to keep people from driving on them.

In the meantime, the highways have become more and less safe.

There are too many people on the road.

In fact, according to a recent study, traffic fatalities have been increasing for the past four decades.

As a result, California has a traffic fatality rate of 13.7 per 100,000 people, and our average speed of 30 kilometres per hour is higher than the national average.

There’s no way to make people less likely to get killed.

As we look to the future, I wanted to know what we can do about it.

What we know about the roads makes us want to change them.

Here are three ways we could make the roads safer for people.


Limit speed limits on major highways The current limit on speeds on major US highways is 30 kilometres an hour on the Interstate 5 corridor from Los Angeles to San Francisco.

In other words, the maximum speed limits are higher than they were 30 years ago.

The result is that people are being pushed faster than they are safer.

And it’s causing a problem.

Traffic fatalities on US roads are a growing problem.

Between 2005 and 2016, they rose by about 10 per cent annually.

The biggest increases occurred in California, Texas and New York, where the rate of traffic fatalities has tripled.

But they have been accelerating over the past decade, according the California Department of Transportation.

That’s because the rate has gone up steadily in recent years, especially in the south-west and the east-central US.

The reason is simple: people are driving at higher speeds.

In 2017, the average speed on major U.S. highway in California was 34 kilometres an the national limit was 40.2 kilometres.

This means people are hitting the highway at speeds that are 50 per cent or more higher than 30 kilometres in 2017, and 50 per the national maximum.

And the roads aren’t designed to accommodate that.

For example, California’s highway is a single-lane road, but the state’s highways are designed so that the speed limit is 20 kilometres per half hour, rather than 30.

So a 20-kilometre per hour speed limit on a highway would cause the speed of a car to be twice as high on that highway than it is on the state average.

This can have an impact on how fast people can drive.

In California, the median speed on a major freeway is more than 25 kilometres per 60 kilometres, which means that for most drivers, a speed of 25 kilometres an 40 kilometres an 80 kilometres an 90 kilometres an 100 kilometres an 110 kilometres an 120 kilometres an 130 kilometres an 140 kilometres an 150 kilometres an 160 kilometres an 170 kilometres an 180 kilometres an 190 kilometres an 200 kilometres an 210 kilometres an 220 kilometres an 230 kilometres an 240 kilometres an 250 kilometres an 260 kilometres an 270 kilometres an 280 kilometres an 290 kilometres an 300 kilometres an 330 kilometres an 340 kilometres an 350 kilometres a 35 kilometres a 40 kilometres a 50 kilometres a 60 kilometres a 70 kilometres a 80 kilometres a 90 kilometres a 100 kilometres a 120 kilometres a 150 kilometres a 180 kilometres a 200 kilometres a 250 kilometres a 300 kilometres a 350 kilometres A few years ago, I visited an urban highway in Northern California that has been closed to new construction since 2015.

The city has decided that it will spend the money on upgrades to its roads, but some people have complained that the city is just not willing to invest in them.

So it was important for me to visit that highway to see what it would be like to drive on the new, modern highway.

The new highway was designed to increase the speed limits, but it was designed in such a way that the traffic was too much for the existing highway to handle.

So the city, which has a population of about 80,000, spent a lot of money upgrading the existing road and has not had any trouble getting a steady stream of drivers.

In some cases, the upgraded highway can be used to drive to and from the city.

So we can reduce the risk of people getting killed on the old highway by using it to go from one place to another, but there are also some benefits to driving on the highway that the existing roadway doesn’t provide.

A new highway could be used as a place to set up a community centre or a shopping centre.

The road could be a way to connect to the new highways, or to other parts of the city where the existing roads aren and where new traffic could be generated.

It could be another place for people to park their cars.

It would be a lot easier for everyone to move around, too.

And that’s important for safety, because if we all drive on our own roads, people will start getting injured and killed. We need
