In the UK, there are some big names in the vegan community, and that includes vegan grocery stores.
But for all the big names, it’s the smaller and independent retailers like the Indigogo supermarket chain, which have really captured the attention of consumers.
Indigogo, which was launched by entrepreneur Richard Branson in 2015, is one of the first major grocery stores to start offering vegan products.
Since launching its UK store, Indigogue has been inundated with requests from customers for vegan products from their fellow Vegans.
Its vegan products are sold in its flagship stores, but Indigoya has also started to expand its online vegan offering.
Indigo recently opened a vegan grocery store in Southwark, south London, with a focus on the region.
Its mission is to help consumers become more knowledgeable about vegan foods and products and create awareness about the health benefits of veganism.
But its vegan stores are not just for vegans, its also vegan-friendly for the people who aren’t vegan.
For Indigos, the vegan lifestyle is about living in harmony with nature and being healthy, says co-founder and CEO of Indigo, Nils Jost.
For us, it is not about the food or the shopping experience, it has to do with how you live your life, Jost says.
“The first thing you need to do is to understand the world and the people you interact with, how to interact with them and how to live with them,” he says.
It’s important to understand that there is a vegan world and we are living in a vegan society, he adds.
It was about finding a way to communicate that there are a lot of different people and there is no right or wrong way to live.
We wanted to help the people in the UK and across the world, who are in a similar situation, live their lives in a way that is very harmonious.
We want to encourage them to think about how they are going to eat, how they’re going to live, and what kind of environment they’re living in.
Jost says Indigogoes main focus has been to build a community around the products they sell, so the vegan products have a very diverse range.
“We’re not trying to create a big company, we’re not even trying to make money, we just want to create an environment where people can live their life in harmony,” he explains.
There is also a huge vegan community in Australia, where Indigogs local stores have sold vegan food to local people and to a large extent, the store is now selling vegan products there too.
So Indigoes Australian store is not just about selling vegan foods.
It’s also about making people aware of the health advantages of vegan lifestyles, says Jost, adding that it is important to encourage the local communities to eat more plant-based foods.
“For me, it really is about being vegan, and being sustainable,” he adds, “so that people have the confidence that the food is safe and nutritious and healthy.”
The Indigocares vegan store is open until 9am on Tuesday, and the Indogos local stores will be open from 5am to 10pm on Wednesday, with the Indigenos Vegan store open from 8am to 9am.
Indiegogo is currently looking for more vegan and vegetarian retailers to partner with in the near future, so if you have a shop in mind and would like to help Indigoland, get in touch to find out more.
